Bank of Scotland won't help sell Asian Babes

Association of Scottish Businesswomen was horrified to discover that the Bank of Scotland was helping a British media tycoon buy "45 magazines - which include titles such as Asian Babes, Readers' Wives and Big Ones - to Remnant Media for £20m earlier this month."

The bank has funded even larger deals for Richard Desmond who owns the Daily Express in addition to the adult magazines. But loud prudes forced it and the Bank of Ireland to back out of the project.
