While BDSM Toybox does have lots of S&M toys I've mostly bought apparel from them. Orders always arrive quickly and the prices are good. (They also provide more useful than usual descriptions comments on their whips and floggers.)

Not only did they send only two out of three things ordered, but my husband ordered this stuff as a joke to get to me and they wouldn’t accept return on any of it except for store credit at 15% less for restocking fee. The shipping charge was outrageous and it took three days to hear back that there would be no getting any money back despite the obvious fact that neither of the items had even been touched let alone “used”. They post on their site that you can request an RMA or return authorization but it is purely fictional. Beware and don’t waste your money.

I haven’t actually ordered from them in over a year. I hope their standard of service hasn’t really gone down.
