Playboy's campus cuties

Amorous Pop Culture

Yen Hoang, Emily Hamner, Vanessa King, McKenzie Jolie are four of the college girls getting a transitory brush with fame in as part of this year's Girls of the ACC issue of Playboy.

At this campus, groups such as the Asian American Sisters for Pride, Integrity, Respect and Empowerment and the Women's Circle protested in 1998 and 1990, and then-ACC commissioner Gene Corrigan lodged a complaint against the use of the ACC name and logo in 1990, the first formal protest since the magazine began the series in 1977.

But that was then. Two of the groups that protested in 1998 don't even exist any more, and there were no protests at all this year.

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Playboy's campus cuties. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard
