Married people hide behind the Internet's anonymity

Amorous Web, Cyber Sex

According to a recent UF study, Internet chat rooms have become popular among married people who are looking for companionship, or perhaps just some anonymous flirting - things they may think they are missing from their current marriages.

In fact, 30 percent of the people Mileham interviewed came back to her later and said they had met with at least one of their online partners. And of the people who claimed to have met online acquaintances, all but two of them said the meetings ended in an actual affair. Mileham said one 66-year-old man claimed to have had 13 affairs this way.

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Married people hide behind the Internet's anonymity. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard
