Woman arrested for posting naked photos of herself

Melissa Harrington likes for as many people as possible to see her naked. So she posted nude photos taken of herself in the Marz Intergalactic Shrimp and Martini Bar.on the web.

Police in a Nebraska town have arrested a woman for posting nude pictures of herself on the web that were taken in a local bar.

Melissa Harrington was charged with violating Lincoln's public nudity ordinance by posting pictures on her web site.

This is despite it being legal post naked images of oneself on the internet.

"It's unlawful to be naked in public in Lincoln," said the town's police chief Tom Casady.

Well, from what the chief said it sounds as if this was misreported. "It's unlawful to be naked in public in Lincoln"... I'm willing to bet that what they charged her with was some form of public indecency, for having been naked in the bar, not for posting nude pics on the internet. The pics on the internet probably just serve as evidence that she was naked in public, in the bar. Yep, after clicking a few links, I confirmed that on CNN ... http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/internet/12/30/offbeat.naked.web.ticket.ap/index.html Obviously, you can't go walking around naked in public! She should have been smarter about publishing evidence of it, or at least had the bar's permission to do the photos!

Martini time in Marz? Jerry Luth was my slumlord for a year or 3. And according to my wife, (Now X-wife, Lidia DeLavio) Jerry is really into orgies/group sex! Melissa Harrington Pleaded No Contest to Public Nudity Charges in the Lancaster County Court this last Wednesday or thirsty for a martini? Melissa was fined $150.00, and said that would not slop her labor of love! Jerry Luth responded by saying. That wasn't hardly like goin' to the Kansas State fair! Evil seeing as how he had exhaustingly spent his wad, and bent over twice that in lawyers fees to assure that Melissa is forever banned from Mars. A dark side of the moon where butt a few fear to tread... Or dwell. I don't know? But every bar I have ever been banned from, and or denied entry to, in Lincoln, NE. (And there have been a few!) This is past due ...but I work at Marz (a.k.a. 'hot melissa' headliner hangout) Never saw this sight before. To set the petty record straight... the police showed up at Marz on a busy Saturday night asking where the naked women were. Jerry Luth the owner did not know what they were talking about. He did not call the Lincoln police. The cops kept coming in asking him questions. He didn't have a problem whith a naked chick in the bar...he had a problem with the police threating him with potential liquor violations. I would also like to say that I lived below this 'evilCozpoetry' clown. He is exactly that. Ask some Lincoln bands about his impromtu poetry readings when the band was on break! I feel for your ex-wife, John... or Clive...or Clyde or whatever you go by these days.
