Being a Dominatrix is not illegal in the USA. Some states have licenses that you get from the state to be a Dominatrix and can legally have an above the radar business. However slavery is illegal world wide. This is where pro and even some lifestyle persons see a lawyer to get the proper paperwork that the submissive signs to permit body altering and a form of slavery (only worded differently to be “legal”).
