Yes I'd put leeches on a man's bits. No, not all six of them at once, I don't like to spoil them soooo much. But then after the fun is over, what do you do with a used leech? I would worry about health issues. You can't put them on somebody else, what with infections etc. They can live without feeding for months, even on a diet of strange-ways' semi-skimmed blood, apparently.
