Indianapolis ProDomme Misstress (Melyssa Donaghy) Ann has the local yokels upset for running a "house of sexual torture" (sounds like a old exploitation movie).

"We have evidence of sexual torture and masochistic activity going on in that residence and on that property," said Justin Ohlemiller, of Indianapolis' Department of Metropolitan Development.

Masochistic "activity" can be fun.

Authorities say an undercover Indianapolis police officer went to the home in September. He reported being forced to get down on his hands and knees and kiss Donaghy's boots and feet.

With my girlfriend still out of the US I can't help but feel a little jealous.

What right have "they" to torture this woman? As long as she's runniing her business in compliance with state laws, they shouldn't think of touching her. What happened to the right to conduct a legitimate business in this country. And the cop that kissed her foot, Jeez man, grow up! You had the choice not to, or to identify yourself. If you put yourself into the role of a willing participant, then you've given implied consent. What a silly waste of law enforcement time, money and energy! Mistress Anne should Sue!! If this Woman was selling candy then the article itself would focus more heavily on the subject of tax evasion rather than so much on the candy itself like it does with the subject of BDSM(bondage, domination/discipline and sado-masochism). The authorities itself are run by the religious "moral" right-wing idiots who are so ignorant and intimidated about sexuality that they have absolutely no knowledge of this wonderful alternative sexual expression and practice. It's also something that I find really ironic in the way that people who discriminate about this form of sexual expression are the ones themselves who also enjoy some form of light BDSM play with their partners in their bedrooms... There's no way that this police officer was "forced" to get down on his hands and knees without first negotiating and agreeing with her of this initial submissive protocol.
