Anonymous email received my ass. It was probably sent by one of their own officers as an excuse to invade the privacy of Americans.

Hello this is Empress M / Michelle silva The CT Mistress who was raided. I’m out rage at how this so called investigation took place. No first hand information at all. no police checks or Statments from real sources. no conformations of what they have. what they use as evidence. How their story continually changes. This has ruined my life. I’m losing my home and will be on the street because this website was my source of income. they have taken all my equpitment that i use to shoot video and my computers and sofeware to update my site .. no one will buy memberships because i cant provide updates. i cant pay my bills or get a job because [police put my name in the papper with out even arresting me. no charges or arrests yet after 1 year of there investagation and 8 weeks since they took all my stuff. everything is two months behind ..i need a job..we are taking donations so we can live ..i will be living in my care soon and wont have access to anything..i’m so confused anyone who can help please write me at pengladyone@cs.com Michelle silva

actually i live in the town next door and read this article in the paper. Theey practicly made a whole page article on this bs charge. They were originally going for prostitution charges, but after reading the article it seems all the can really get her for is zoning charges. She had registed for a home office, not a studio for running a web site or some crap like that. Connecticut cops are such BS! Look at it this way, if you were in manchester they would probably have busted your door down and planted some drugs or something.

To be honest, if it was in Manchester they’d be far too busy with the amount of real crime that they’re far too busy to worry about BDSM. The amount of cars vandalized every weekend and the drug traffic keeps them more than occupied.

What is really terrible is that the person who most likely sent the “anonymous” email is now acting like EmpressM was the cause that she has to shut down - funny enough she is using collarme to find PAYING subs, after making a pathetic post on another board how she can’t pay for her medication and closed down! Strangely enough a client has bought her a house and gives her a more than generous allowance each months and he is now howling how she was “mobbed”

that’s just awful. it seems to me she was being persecuted just because she earns her money on the fringe. while i feel very bad for empress m, i would say she has it a little bit better than barbara asher, who was just acquitted of manslaughter charges regarding a missing man who’s not even PROVEN to be dead.

it seems like open season on anybody who dares make their living on the edge of respectability. since this administration can’t catch the people who are a real threat to our safety, it’s a whole lot easier to pillory sex workers and take away their civil liberties.

I hate to tell you all this, but the US is living under a president in constant violation of the constitution. Do you honestly think anyone is safe? Hell all they have to do is say the magic words “national security” and they dont have to answer one damn question. Domestic wiretapping, warrentless search and seizure…if it can happen at a national level, what’s to stop it at state or even local level.

If you can’t be bothered, let me spell it out for you. Prostitution in Germany has been legalized in 2003. So that scenario would not have happened in the first place.

Just goes to show you, that Enfield Police are nothing more that what the public already thinks of them, punks with badges. They have invaded many peoples lives unprovoked. Whenever you go to their town all they do is sit in their cars and run plates on their laptops because they don’t want to do real police work and get the crack problem they have resolved.
