A rare bit of good news. Usually the only recognition intersexual persons get is the unwanted attentions of hermaphrodite chasers. Spotted on one.point.zero.

Stamp of recognition: Alex MacFarlane, 48, who has a form of androgyny shared by about one in every 1500-2000 people at birth, with the hard-won passport that denotes the sex section with an X, for indeterminate, in what is believed to be the first issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
