Breast enlargement better than psychotherapy?

Gender Studies

264,000 women underwent breast enhancement surgery last years says the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

"It was so empowering to me, feeling like a woman," said Cherish Roughton, 37, an Austin mother of two and a professional roller derby player. "Taking control of something that I wasn't happy with and turning it into something that made me really happy. It's not like years of therapy. It's a simple, quick fix."

Cultural influences push women toward surgery

Is this surprising to anyone? Physical attractiveness is one of those near universal wants. If you do something that you think makes you more attractive, you feel better in general...just a theory...
Does anyone notice that this mother of two equates womanhood with large breasts and not that she gave birth to two children? that indicates to me someone who's reality is distorted.
