Cardio striptease has been around for a while now. I think it started out in LA, spread north and then east. Who are they stripping for? And do you really want to see a three hundred pound woman stripping? I've had bad dreams like that.

well i would have to say that it got my hit. but also i would like to note that it is really a very good workout, lots of grace, agility, and repetitive movements (to tone). and as to the 300 pound comment, some people like that, dont understand myself, but i dont judge.

The 'striptease' motions simply provide a framework. There are many different actions that can be mimed for a good cardiovascular workout. Although in this instance the lessons learned may be used later at home for the entertainment of a lover.
