Rick Shriver, a Democrat running for Ohio’s 20th Senate District once sought revenge against a man who annoyed him on an airplane.
Shriver said he got home, went online and “took up what amounted to a new hobby.” He said he used the man’s e-mail address (Howard Kochs, he said, is not his real name) to sign him up for “every penis enlargement program that I could find.”
He also signed the man up for myriad pornographic web sites.
This is the issue his Republican opponent wants to focus on.
