Kansas Senators Prudish Morons

TOPEKA, Kan. -- The state Senate wants to withhold millions of dollars from the University of Kansas because of how an award-winning professor teaches a popular undergraduate course on human sexuality. On a 24-13 vote Wednesday, the Senate said public universities must prohibit the purchase of "obscene" videos for classes like the one taught by professor Dennis Dailey or lose funding for the offending academic department.
