No right to sexual privacy
» Laws and Politicians, Mostly Bad
A Federal appeals court in declaring that Alabama can ban sex toys has said there is no constitutional right to sexual privacy. Indeed private sexual acts can be criminalized in the name of something known as "public morality." You might infer from the ruling that America is in some meaningful sense a moral nation instead a bunch of greedy, petty morons. We are you know: don't deny it.
"If the people of Alabama in time decide that a prohibition on sex toys is misguided, or ineffective, or just plain silly, they can repeal the law and be finished with the matter," the court said.

No right to sexual privacy. I think that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard. why should the court or other people care if sex toys are used in the bedroom.
