Politician praises breasts

Can't imagine an American pol being this literate much less so frankly sexual.

Bulgarian Education Minister Vladimir Atanassov has praised women's breasts in an interview published in Playboy magazine on Wednesday, calling them "the object of a complex admiration."

Atanassov said women's breasts were "the basis of aesthetics," and while men were "primitive slaves of instinct" they "raised their spirit by cultivating their attitude towards women."
