Pansexuality for Dummies

Have you met many pansexuals since you have defined yourself on your site as one? Your self description has been the closest I have come to an “a-ha” experience in my gender search(?). I feel that most get so attached to their “indentification” and they leave out, or are left out of, the play of it all. I am a crossdresser, I guess bi- furious and submissive, that last being fairly common as you have observed, and enjoy it most when I can feel it as illuminating play, or as a deep psychic reward, and not as much as some enslaving fetish that gets peeled off as soon as it is consumated on the one hand, or heavy Transition that seems that it must be sanctioned by a community of other “gurls” on the other hand. I get to the point where I savor the flavor of this gender transgression as bold gesture and absurd hankering all at once. There is an adolescent finger salute and a trixster opporrtunity in something small like a androgynous haircut parting — depending on where you live —and there is some “sad and funny” commentary right there. Thank you so much for your thoughts and this forum(?) I agree with an earlier poster that we could use more like it.

I really find your writing brillant, to say the least. I have tried to find exactly what I am for the past few years, and I find this to be the most accurate. Lesbian didn’t suit, nor did bisexual, for I found others that didn’t fit the male or female gender attractice, emotionally and physically. Your veiw gave me the most insight into this. Thank you.
