Raped women guilty if not modest

Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradaw continues the tradition of blaming a woman who has been raped if she's dressed 'immodestly.'
One question asked: "Are raped women punished in Islam?" A panel, headed by Mr al-Qaradawi, replied: "To be absolved from guilt, the raped woman must have shown some sort of good conduct . . . Islam addresses women to maintain their modesty, as not to open the door for evil.
The learned doctor also supports wife beating - just don't hit the sensitive (?) parts. And gay people should be burned or stoned.
