A man who used a cellphone to take nude pictures of his girlfriend and then posted them on the Internet has been jailed for distributing child pornography in what officials say is Canada's first criminal conviction involving camera phones.

If you live in the wrong place you may get in trouble for taking nude photos regardless of age. Silly laws.

how absolutely ridiculous that a 17 year old who consents to being photographed nude by her partner is a child, and 18 year old college students with incredible amounts of social incompetence are legally allowed to vote.
