In the movie or TV show the government agents would treat informants to trips to strip joints or whorehouses solely as a matter of deliberate policy: just doing what is necessary to keep the mechanisms of spying for their country smoothly oiled.
Really the agents are just horny bastards who want to have fun.
That CIA agents might drug, rape and film women at American taxpayers expense fulfills just about every negative stereotype attached to the Central Intelligence Agency.
The allegations facing the CIA’s Andrew Warren:
The women told State Department investigators that Warren assaulted them after giving them drug-laced drinks that made them pass out. State referred the matter to the Justice Department, where an investigation is ongoing. Warren has not been charged.
