Odd and troubling story from Thailand. Hard to imagine the poor fellow's homemade aphrodisiacs might cause a simple erection much less a series of gang rapes.
Police have arrested and charged a man with illegally selling homemade aphrodisiacs and sleeping pills over the Internet.
Sittichai Silom was caught in Bangkok on Monday while opening a post office box used to deliver the controlled substances. Police had arranged two purchases to track Sittichai down.
The suspect confessed that he had illegally sold the drugs for more than four months. Police said evidence showed he had sold the illicit goods, which could be used for gang rapes, to at least 56 customers.
