Locker room photo not indecent
» Sex Crime
A judge rules in favor of a high school student who was photographed while nude in the school locker room.
"[Brandon] Tun was taking a shower in a place explicitly designated and designed for that activity and was naturally nude while doing so. To suggest that this conduct constitutes public indecency is the same as saying that everyone who showers at a YMCA or athletic club commits a criminal act in the state of Indiana," [U.S. Magistrate Judge Roger B.] Cosbey wrote.

So taking a shower while nude constitutes public indecency?
If they’re going to be that picky I better keep my mouth shut about some of the other things I did in public showers.

I think the school should be fined and made to pay emotional and punitive damages to the boys they tried to expell. A shower is not an indecent place and taking a shower in one is not indecent either. The school did something rash and they got slapped for it. They should own up for what they did and do the honorable thing and accept that they made a mistake in judgement. If they don’t I believe they should get harsher punishment for their continued stupidity.
