NYC cops spy on couples making love

Some of New York's finest, the Viper Units, were using their surveillance cameras to watch citizens having sex.

Sgt. John Marchisotto, a 12-year NYPD veteran, claimed that officers working the late shift turned the assignment into a "private blockbuster pornographic show," but also killed time by watching rented movies.
