Foot fetishists are a determined, sometimes demented lot. So many of them run afoul of the law. This man is accused of plying minors with cash, liquor and drugs so he could fondle their feet.
Six other alleged victims, ages 7 to 14, eventually were identified and questioned. The earliest purported molestation occurred roughly nine years ago, and the most recent last year, the detective said.
