An idea that money hungry politicians the world over are proposing.

Finnish Justice Minister Johannes Koskinen, who is seeking to make the buying of sex illegal in a bid to curb the sex trade, admitted on Monday that taxing prostitutes who continue to ply their trade could be a more effective method.
