The dispute arose when Alexander Zdrok, 53, of Wayne, sued his former wife [Victoria Zdrok] over the terms of an agreement she said she signed under duress after their six-year marriage had failed. The pact required her to pay him 15 percent of her modeling revenue for 10 years.
On Dec. 9, the former Playboy Playmate agreed to write a check for $50,000 to terminate the agreement. Alexander Zdrok said he agreed to that amount because she was pleading poverty and threatening to file for bankruptcy.
But that same evening, Victoria Zdrok, 31, now of Pompton Lakes, N.J., learned that she would be named Penthouse Pet of 2004, notoriety that pays at least $100,000.
Less than two weeks later, Alexander Zdrok said he heard about an interview on Stern's radio show during which his ex said she could make $50,000 in an afternoon from her adult activities. ...
