20% to 30% of men suffer from premature ejaculation

Sexual Health

The Journal of Sexual Medicine says that premature ejaculation is the most common kind of male sexual dysfunction. I knew one very fine couple whose relationship was destroyed by it.

The study report released on Wednesday articulates that the premature ejaculations in men can leave their women partners sexually dissatisfied, without leading them to their orgasm. The premature ejaculations happen due to losing control and can lead to strained relationships between the couples.

Seven minutes still seems a mite hasty.

The study disclosed that about 200 of the men under study suffered from premature ejaculation. A man with the disorder took 1.8 minutes to ejaculate after beginning intercourse compared to 7.3 minutes for most of the normal men.

Premature Ejaculators leave women sexually dissatisfied

Have you had to deal with it, either feeling betrayed by your own body or perhaps coping with an unable or selfish partner?

Comments

I don’t know if premature ejaculation makes anyone an unable partner. There are other ways to please women. Ignoring that there are other ways, however, can really take a toll on your partner’s self esteem. “I’m not worthy of feeling pleasure” is such a terrible feeling to have.

I had this problem with my man. Yes there is other ways to please a women, but in my case he couldn’t perform oraly very well at all. And sex toys do become boring and become too routine. We broke up because of it but later got back together. We had a long talk and are both content on having other sexual partners. My biggest problem now is that my “other” partners do not like me being with my man. I found someone that I get along with 90% of the time and we are the best of friends but I can never be sexually satisfied. I am settling for him. Because he wants to satisfy me, but cannot. I am glad to have a partner that is open minded as he to let me “screw around” and still love me, cuddle me, provide for me, and spoil me.

My boyfriend has the same problem. It is starting to get to the point where we don’t even have sex anymore as a result. It’s made me feel extremely undesirable and is causing us problems. I seriously don’t know what to do anymore.

I don’t think that PE has very much to do with men being selfish lovers…if they choose not to do anything about it, or leave their partners unsatisfied after they have climaxed that is selfish.

PE is something that scares the hell out of a lot of guys - the end up in an anxious-fear cycle where they are scared that they will be too fast.

Then because of all the anxiety and stress, they make their fears reality and it’s over too fast. It’s not always easy for guys. Best, dm

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about 20% to 30% of men suffer from premature ejaculation. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
