Hypersexuality

Sexual Health

Are you a sex addict or is it just that you know how to have a good time. Is the idea of sexual addiction a serious medical issue or just a marketing gimmick?

It's worth understanding that someone may be labelled as a sex addict simply because they are more sexually active than the person applying the label, or because they enjoy themselves in ways the labeller doesn't appreciate. For a number of reasons one's libido, the level of sexual desire one experiences may be increased, by something as commonplace as being under extra stress, as sex is excellent recreation and usually induces enjoyment followed by relaxation. ...

Is sex addiction just sales talk?

Comments

As they say... a nymphomaniac is a woman who happens to enjoy sex more than you do.
maybe this is like when they used to classify homosexuality as a mental disease to be cured. psychology is a very unexact science, if it can even be called a real science. personally, i think it's personal prejudice masquerading as a form of profotable social concern.

How do you feel?

Feel free to share your feelings about Hypersexuality. Please stick to the theme of the entry. Disagreement is fine. Homophobia, racism, and kindred expressions of hatred will be deleted. This site is one of my hobbies. I genuinely enjoy hearing from people and hate moderating or killing comments. Forthright disagreement is fine as long as it is civil.
My thanks,
Richard
