Maybe if the men in charge had thought about stating their penis size in centimeters instead of inches America would've adopted the metric system.

The study found the average erect penis size was 14.7cm, with 40 per cent of participants reporting lengths between 12 and 15cm.

When compared with the condoms normally used by the participants, the results showed only 18 per cent wore the right size, with nearly half squeezing into condoms that were too small and 34 per cent trying to use those that were too big.

When I was 8 years old, I heard that the USA will switch to metric. I measured my penis in centimeters right then! It nearly won me over to metric. 4 cm soft does sound like a whopper, but it's only 1.6 inches. When I was 12, I reverted to inches, then at 15 back to metric, which I use to this day.
